Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-touch service to clients in boutique, cultivating relationships and long-term loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs through proactive clienteling and consultative selling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across current collections and technical watchmaking features to advise clients accurately.
- Manage transactions and client records accurately using point-of-sale systems and the store CRM; ensure confidentiality of client data.
- Support visual merchandising standards, boutique presentation and stock replenishment to preserve luxury brand image.
- Coordinate after-sales follow-up, appointments, and boutique events to enhance client experience and conversion.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in luxury retail or boutique sales; experience with watches or fine jewelry is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build and manage a client portfolio through active prospecting and relationship management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism and a polished appearance appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in luxury retail, with a track record of meeting sales targets and managing high-net-worth clientele; specific experience selling watches or high jewellery is an advantage.
Education
