Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-touch service to clients in boutique, cultivating relationships and long-term loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs through proactive clienteling and consultative selling.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across current collections and technical watchmaking features to advise clients accurately.
  • Manage transactions and client records accurately using point-of-sale systems and the store CRM; ensure confidentiality of client data.
  • Support visual merchandising standards, boutique presentation and stock replenishment to preserve luxury brand image.

Qualifications
