Role & Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service and repair haute horlogerie mechanical movements and complications to Panerai quality standards.
- Assemble, regulate and adjust escapements, chronograph mechanisms, tourbillons and other high-complication components with micrometric precision.
- Execute finishing operations and dimensional controls according to technical dossiers and quality control procedures.
- Perform timing, water-resistance and endurance testing using industry-standard equipment; record results and corrective actions in service documentation.
- Collaborate with R&D and Quality departments to report recurrent failures, suggest technical improvements and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain and calibrate specialised tools and bench equipment; ensure compliance with workplace safety and cleanliness protocols.
Qualifications
- Swiss Watchmaking Diploma (CFC) or WOSTEP certification, or equivalent formal horological qualification.
- Proven competence with haute horlogerie complications (e.g., chronograph, GMT, perpetual calendar, tourbillon).
- Exceptional manual dexterity, visual acuity and experience under a microscope for micro-assembly tasks.
- Fluent understanding of technical dossiers, service procedures and quality documentation.

Experience
Minimum three years’ hands-on experience servicing and assembling haute horlogerie mechanical movements within a luxury manufacture or authorised after-sales service centre; demonstrable history of working on complex complications is required.
Education
Swiss watchmaking diploma (CFC), WOSTEP certificate or equivalent horological qualification.
