Officine Panerai seeks a Deputy Boutique Manager in Munich to lead sales, support boutique operations and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets, store KPIs and commercial objectives.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the boutique sales team to deliver impeccable luxury service and personalised clienteling.
  • Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS transactions and staff scheduling.
  • Oversee stock management: inventory control, stock transfers, replenishment and loss-prevention processes.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate client events, private appointments and local marketing initiatives to strengthen client relationships.
  • Prepare regular sales and operational reports; escalate issues and propose corrective actions to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail with at least 3 years of boutique sales experience; 1+ years in a supervisory or assistant management role preferred.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead small teams, deliver against sales targets and manage operational processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build long-term client relationships.
