Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to walk-in and appointment clients, cultivating long‑term relationships and client loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, cross‑selling and effective clienteling.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of Panerai collections and horological complications; guide clients on provenance, care and technical features.
  • Manage client appointments, follow-ups and after‑sales service coordination, including repair and warranty processes with workshop partners.
  • Maintain boutique visual and merchandising standards, ensure stock accuracy, receive and process incoming inventory and support stock rotation.
  • Accurately process sales transactions, returns and repairs using point‑of‑sale systems and maintain CRM records to capture client preferences and purchase history.
  • Represent the brand in all client interactions and local events, uphold luxury service standards and contribute to a professional, polished boutique environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably within watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
  • Demonstrable ability to build and maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and meet revenue KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; poised and professional in high‑value sales settings.
  • Comfortable handling high‑value transactions and confidential client information; high attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays; entitlement to work in the United States.
