Officine Panerai is hiring a Client Advisor in New York (Hudson Yards) to deliver personalised luxury watch sales and client service in a boutique setting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience on the boutique floor to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and bespoke service.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge across Panerai collections and mechanical watchmaking to guide clients through purchases and after‑sales options.
  • Execute boutique merchandising and presentation standards, ensuring displays and stock are maintained to brand guidelines.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, manage transactions and maintain accurate records of stock and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with after‑sales, service and central teams to support repairs, warranty processes and bespoke client requests.
  • Participate in in-store events, trunk shows and private client appointments to grow the boutique’s client base.
  • Report on sales activity, pipeline and market intelligence to the Boutique Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales, ideally within watches or high-value accessories (typically 2+ years).
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach and refined customer service demeanour.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to work toward KPIs in a boutique environment.
  • Comfortable handling high-value transactions and maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and during peak trading periods.
