Officine Panerai is hiring a Client Advisor in Munich — deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales for the Panerai boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service in a boutique environment to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and tailored product presentations.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of Panerai collections, movements and after-sales options to advise clients accurately.
- Develop and execute clienteling activities using CRM: prospecting, follow-ups, appointment setting and event invitations.
- Manage boutique visual standards, merchandising and stock presentation to brand guidelines.
- Process transactions, manage cash and POS operations with accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
- Coordinate with after-sales and service teams to ensure seamless client experiences for repairs and servicing.
- Support inventory control procedures, including stock counts, receiving and loss-prevention measures.
- Contribute to boutique reporting (sales KPIs, pipeline updates) and participate in local marketing initiatives and events.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably in watches, jewellery or high-end fashion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for consultative selling and relationship building.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and manage a client portfolio.
- Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail in merchandising and store standards.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Eligibility to work in Germany.
Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct sales experience in a luxury retail environment; experience specifically with watches or fine jewellery is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in business, hospitality, retail or a related field is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
