Panerai Client Advisor position in Tysons, McLean. Luxury watch retail sales role offering $24-$26/hr with comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs established by boutique management
- Welcome and engage customers, leading all stages of the sales process in accordance with Panerai's service methodology
- Identify high-potential sales prospects and conduct targeted follow-up to generate product opportunities
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products to enhance overall purchase value
- Actively contribute to boutique briefings and performance development initiatives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Panerai's product portfolio, availability, delivery status, brand heritage, and DNA
- Continuously develop understanding of competitive landscape and luxury industry dynamics through self-directed learning and brand training
- Build and manage an attributed client portfolio through consistent relationship cultivation and engagement with Panerai CRM initiatives
- Contribute to the boutique database by accurately capturing prospect and customer data for follow-up and analysis
- Maintain an impeccable personal presentation as brand ambassador in accordance with company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures regarding security, inventory, and product delivery
- Manage daily boutique operations including opening, closing, inventory management, and repair processes
- Maintain superior boutique aesthetics through consistent attention to visual merchandising and environmental standards
- Provide seamless customer experience during after-sales service requests and inquiries
- Execute follow-up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in luxury retail sales
- Demonstrated mastery of luxury service principles and aesthetic sensibility
- Fluency in English with proficiency in additional languages preferred
- Results-oriented and action-focused professional
- Exceptional selling capability and consultative approach
- Strong collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal and empathetic communication
- Self-motivated with genuine customer service orientation

Skills
Experience

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail certification or luxury retail training preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 26 per hour.
