Officine Panerai Dubai seeks a Client Advisor to deliver high‑touch luxury watch sales and clienteling in the boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑touch, personalised service to high‑net‑worth and regular clients, managing appointments and in‑boutique visits.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and follow‑up.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships using structured clienteling techniques and CRM records.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across Panerai collections and convey technical watchmaking features with clarity.
- Coordinate after‑sales processes and liaise with service/repairs teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, window displays, stock presentation and housekeeping.
- Operate POS and inventory systems, execute stock movements and support stock audits and deliveries.
- Report on market trends, competitor activity and local client feedback to boutique management; support in‑store events and VIP activations.
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail sales experience, preferably within watches, jewelry or high‑end accessories.
- Demonstrable knowledge of horology or a strong interest in technical watchmaking; ability to learn product specifications rapidly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of building and retaining high‑value client relationships.
- Commercially driven with experience meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and conversion metrics.
- Professional presentation and an understanding of luxury service standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by boutique operations.

Typically requires 2+ years of direct experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within watches or fine jewelry, with demonstrated success against sales targets and experience serving affluent clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, hospitality or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
