Panerai Client Advisor role in Dallas, Texas—luxury watch retailer seeks experienced sales professional to deliver exceptional service, manage client relationships, and drive boutique performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets and key performance indicators set by management
  • Welcome customers and manage all stages of the sales process in accordance with Panerai's established selling ceremony and methodology
  • Identify high-potential sales leads and conduct targeted follow-up to generate product selling opportunities
  • Assess customer needs and recommend products accordingly to optimize sales outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the boutique's customer database with accurate prospect and customer data
  • Cultivate and manage an assigned client portfolio through exceptional service and Panerai CRM initiatives while meeting individual KPI targets
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Maison's products, availability, delivery status, brand heritage, and competitive landscape
  • Participate actively in all brand training sessions and boutique briefings
  • Ensure an impeccable personal presentation and maintain excellent boutique appearance in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Uphold all company policies and procedures related to security, inventory management, and product delivery
  • Assist with boutique opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and repair processes
  • Provide exceptional client experience during and after the sale, with particular attention to after-sales service requests
  • Assist the Boutique Manager in developing CRM action plans and participate in boutique and off-site events

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills preferred
  • Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetic sensibility
  • Result and action-oriented approach with strong selling capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and team player mentality
  • Curious and self-motivated with a customer-centric service mindset
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communicator with ability to develop and maintain professional networks
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software applications
