Officine Panerai seeks a Client Advisor in Bal Harbour, USA — boutique role delivering luxury watch consultation, clienteling and sales excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, appointment-driven client experience and cultivate long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Present and demonstrate Panerai timepieces with authoritative product knowledge of movements, materials and complications.
  • Drive and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and upselling of services (e.g., servicing, straps and accessories).
  • Manage boutique operations including POS transactions, cash handling, stock integrity and basic inventory control.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with after‑sales service and central teams to support client requests, repairs and warranty processes.
  • Support boutique events, private viewings and trunk shows to increase brand visibility and client acquisition.
  • Adhere to compliance, loss‑prevention and security procedures when handling high‑value merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably with high‑end watches or jewellery.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on discretion, professionalism and client confidentiality.
  • Solid horological knowledge or a willingness to train to technical product competency.
  • Fluent spoken and written communication skills appropriate for a luxury retail environment.

Experience
