Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding client experiences across the Ginza boutique.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the boutique sales team; drive daily sales activities, individual performance and professional development.
  • Own clienteling activities: develop and maintain high-value client relationships, manage CRM records, and execute targeted outreach and events.
  • Manage boutique operations including staff scheduling, cash handling and point-of-sale procedures, inventory control and replenishment.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and boutique presentation meet Officine Panerai brand standards and seasonal directives.
  • Coordinate with regional headquarters and after‑sales teams on stock movements, service requests and boutique-level reporting.
  • Administer administrative duties such as sales reporting, KPI analysis, and ensuring regulatory and internal compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail, preferably within watches or premium accessories.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding boutique sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong people-management skills with experience coaching and developing frontline sales advisors.
  • Excellent clienteling and CRM discipline with attention to long-term relationship building.
  • High standards of professionalism, discretion and an understanding of luxury service protocols.
