Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble, adjust, and regulate the balance wheel, hairspring, and escapement components of watch movements
- Control and verify the precision and accuracy of calibrated movements using specialized equipment
- Perform initial setup, final regulation, and necessary refinements during the regulating phase
- Execute continuous quality inspections throughout the regulating process to maintain watchmaking standards
- Follow precise assembly and adjustment protocols established by production supervisors
