Role & Responsibilities
- Fabricate precision mechanical components and small assemblies for watchmaking applications under guidance
- Program and optimize production machinery to achieve specified tolerances and output targets
- Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and identify potential equipment failures
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and execute repairs or replacements as directed
- Assemble and test manufactured parts according to technical specifications
- Maintain organized workstation and adhere to workplace safety protocols
- Document production activities and maintain records of completed work
Qualifications
- Completion of compulsory secondary education or equivalent
- Demonstrated aptitude in mathematics and technical subjects
