Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the product development and marketing teams across the product lifecycle, from concept validation to commercial launch.
  • Prepare competitive and market analyses, consumer insights and trend briefs to inform product positioning and brief creation.
  • Draft and maintain product briefs, specifications and launch calendars in coordination with design, production and packaging teams.
  • Coordinate sample flows, sensory evaluations and internal testing sessions; track feedback and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentations, marketing decks and launch materials for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Assist with cross‑functional project management, ensuring timelines, deliverables and stakeholders are aligned for each launch.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in marketing, luxury management, fashion business, product design or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with experience producing market research or competitive analyses (academic projects or internships acceptable).
  • Excellent organisational skills and experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a project environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; confident preparing professional presentations and summaries.
  • Professional demeanour suited to a luxury maison and ability to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.
