Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily press relations activities: draft press releases, media notes and product presentations tailored to beauty press.
- Assist in influencer identification, outreach and contract follow-up; coordinate sample dispatch and content validation.
- Contribute to the social media content calendar: prepare briefs, captions and asset schedules in collaboration with marketing and creative teams.
- Monitor media and social mentions; produce regular performance reports and media clippings for PR and marketing leads.
- Liaise with PR agencies, media buyers and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign deadlines and brand guidelines are respected.
- Support preparation and onsite execution of press events, product launches and influencer activations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or Luxury Management (alternance/apprenticeship track).
- Strong written and oral communication skills; copywriting in French with a professional level of English.
- Keen interest in beauty, fragrance and luxury brand storytelling; awareness of influencer ecosystems and social trends.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple deadlines; attention to detail in press materials and contract follow-up.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with external agencies and cross‑functional teams.

Experience
Previous internships or practical experience (e.g., 3–12 months) in PR, influencer marketing or social media within beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands is highly desirable but not mandatory for an apprenticeship candidate.
Education
Enrolment in a recognised Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or Luxury Management (apprenticeship/alternance format).
