Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day execution of brand marketing plans across retail, digital and wholesale channels, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
  • Coordinate local adaptations of global campaigns: manage POS materials, visual merchandising directives, and in-store activations.
  • Liaise with internal teams (product, sales, PR, e‑commerce, CRM) and external partners (agencies, printers, vendors) to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Manage project timelines, supplier briefs and quality control for marketing deliverables including packaging, displays and promotional assets.
  • Track and report campaign performance and trade KPIs, producing post-campaign analyses and actionable recommendations.
  • Support product launches and seasonal collections through go-to-market planning, stock routing coordination and sales enablement tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of operational marketing, trade marketing or retail activation experience, ideally within luxury fashion, accessories or beauty.
  • Demonstrated project management experience with multi-stakeholder campaigns and agency coordination.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience translating brand briefs into retail activations that drive sell-through.

Experience

Minimum three years in operational or trade marketing with hands-on responsibility for campaign execution and retail activations; prior experience in luxury fashion or beauty is strongly preferred.
