Nina Ricci (Paris) seeks an HR Projects Apprentice (Chargé(e) de missions RH) — apprenticeship supporting recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations including employee file management, HRIS data entry and contract administration.
  • Assist with recruitment: drafting job adverts, screening CVs, coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing welcome documents and coordinating practical arrangements for new hires.
  • Contribute to training and talent development activities: scheduling sessions, tracking participation and assisting with logistics.
  • Prepare HR reporting and simple analyses (headcount, absences, turnover) and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Liaise with payroll and external providers to ensure timely transmission of personnel data and statutory documents.
  • Support specific HR projects (employer branding, social dialogue, process improvements) and ad hoc cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality when handling personal and sensitive employee information.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an HR, business administration or related vocational/degree programme (BTS/DUT, Licence professionnelle, Bachelor or Master) under an apprenticeship contract.
  • Basic understanding of French labour law and HR administrative fundamentals.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Professional discretion and respect for confidentiality in personnel matters.
  • Fluent French; good command of English for internal communication is highly desirable.
