Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership development programs and talent initiatives
- Facilitate development experiences that build critical leadership and business capabilities
- Support career development, internal mobility, and employee growth initiatives
- Track succession readiness, development activities, and maintain talent assessment tools and documentation
- Support identification and development of high-potential talent
- Develop tools, templates, and resources that improve organizational processes and effectiveness
- Assist with organizational assessments, data gathering, and analysis to support strategic decisions
- Lead project management activities for talent and organizational effectiveness initiatives, including development of project plans, timelines, and communication strategies
- Partner with HRIS and leadership teams to collect, analyze, and interpret talent and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop dashboards and reports related to employee engagement, internal mobility, turnover, retention, and succession readiness
- Support employee engagement initiatives and action planning efforts

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Demonstrated experience managing projects and coordinating complex initiatives
- Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills
- Experience creating processes, resources, and tools that improve operational effectiveness
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, reporting tools, and project management methodologies
Skills
Experience
2-4 years of professional experience in human resources, talent development, organizational effectiveness, or related HR function. Preferred experience in Organizational Effectiveness or HR Business Partner environments, supporting change management initiatives, employee engagement programs, and talent analytics.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field
