Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement supply chain strategies to drive efficiency and reduce costs across the maintenance organization
- Manage third-party supplier contracts and relationships, serving as the escalation point for complex supplier performance issues
- Conduct comprehensive business reviews with strategic suppliers, assessing performance across reliability, materials, operations, quality, safety, warranty, and new deliveries
- Enforce contract compliance and accountability throughout the supply chain, including service levels, invoicing, pricing, and contractual commitments
- Identify supply chain risks, assess impact to operations, and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers
- Support the development of commercial, contractual, and supply chain expertise within the maintenance organization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate across teams to align supply chain activities with broader business strategies
- Maintain knowledge of supply chain best practices, technology trends, and innovations, communicating insights to team members and business leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 4–6 years of supply chain or procurement experience
- Considerable experience managing third-party supplier contracts and relationships
- Demonstrated track record of supplier performance management in a complex, matrix environment
- Proven ability to drive total cost of ownership reduction and process improvement
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art supply chain concepts such as lean, six sigma, cost modeling, and category strategies

4–6 years of supply chain or supplier management experience in a complex organizational environment, with demonstrated success managing supplier performance across multiple functional areas including operations, quality, and maintenance.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
