NetJets Site Manager, Service Hub Operations & Aircraft Maintenance

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee aircraft maintenance execution and return-to-service operations, managing internal teams and external vendors to ensure mission-ready aircraft delivery compliant with all SLAs, regulations, and safety standards
• Supervise unscheduled and line maintenance activities, providing direct operational leadership and accessibility across all shifts
• Monitor and analyze daily performance metrics to ensure business goals and supplier SLAs are achieved; implement corrective actions and communicate changes across organizational levels
• Develop and execute strategies that improve safety, service quality, cost efficiency, and on-time performance in coordination with regional leadership
• Maintain close partnerships with Return to Service Specialists, Supply Chain Coordinators, and Service Representatives to optimize maintenance planning and execution
• Establish and enforce organizational standards for quality service and aircraft preparation, ensuring aircraft are stocked, detailed, positioned on launch spot, and cleared for departure
• Cultivate strong professional relationships with FBOs, vendors, airport operations, and regulatory officials to enhance the NetJets brand and execute the mission
• Manage Service Hub vendors and provide leadership modeling the 20/20 Flight Plan, fostering staff and vendor development for improved performance
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control Center, Line Planning Group, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Maintenance Training, and Operations Scheduling to keep operations informed

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or Supply Chain and Logistics
• 10+ years of professional experience in aircraft maintenance or aviation operations
• In-depth understanding of business aviation and aircraft maintenance supply chains with recent field maintenance experience supporting business jet aircraft
• Expertise in regulatory requirements associated with operating large aircraft fleets, preferably Part 135 operations
• Demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships and foster teamwork and open communication
• Critical thinking skills with proven ability to develop and execute strategies that achieve company goals and supplier SLAs
• Business acumen and proficiency with performance metrics and operational data analysis

Experience

10+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, aviation operations, or related field-based maintenance roles supporting business jet aircraft; demonstrated experience managing multiple teams and external vendors in a service hub or maintenance environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Supply Chain and Logistics, or related field.
