NetJets Site Manager, Service Hub Operations & Aircraft Maintenance

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of multiple internal teams and external suppliers delivering Mission Ready aircraft in compliance with all SLAs, regulatory requirements, and company safety standards
• Manage and supervise unscheduled and line maintenance operations at the Service Hub, ensuring aircraft return to service meets established timelines and quality benchmarks
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Maintenance Return to Service Specialists, Supply Chain Coordinators, and Service Representatives to coordinate maintenance execution
• Monitor and analyze daily performance metrics to ensure business goals and supplier SLAs are achieved; identify underperformance areas and implement corrective actions with transparency across all organizational levels
• Direct vendor management and supply chain relationships while modeling the NetJets 20/20 Flight Plan; provide leadership that fosters staff and vendor performance improvement
• Maintain local presence and accessibility across all operational shifts to ensure consistent oversight and team support
• Ensure continuous communication with Maintenance Control Center, Line Planning Group, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Maintenance Training, and Operations Scheduling
• Drive innovation in safety, service delivery, and financial performance aligned with organizational goals and supplier performance targets
• Cultivate relationships with FBOs, vendors, airport operations, and aviation partners to enhance the NetJets brand and execute operational mission
• Enforce ethical business practices and NetJets brand standards across all vendor and employee interactions
• Travel on an as-needed basis to assist other regional Service Hub sites, attend training events, and visit local airport and service providers

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or Supply Chain and Logistics
• 10+ years of relevant aviation maintenance and operations experience
• Recent field maintenance experience supporting business jet aircraft
• Demonstrated expertise in Part 135 regulatory requirements and large fleet aircraft operations
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships across cross-functional and external stakeholder groups
• Critical thinking and strategic planning skills with track record of executing plans that achieve company goals and supplier SLAs
• Experience in performance metrics analysis and business acumen to drive improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of maintenance supply chain management and vendor performance optimization

10+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance operations, field maintenance supporting business jet aircraft, and supply chain management within business aviation or similar regulated environment

Education

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or Supply Chain and Logistics
