NetJets Site Experience & Operations Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service delivery at the assigned airport, ensuring every operational handoff, interaction, and service step adheres to NetJets standards
• Maintain situational awareness of on-site activity and take proactive action to prevent service disruptions
• Coordinate closely with airport authorities, FBO teams, ground service providers, and other on-site partners to maintain smooth operations and clear communication
• Strengthen operational reliability by ensuring daily processes, routines, and operational handoffs are followed consistently and escalating recurring issues to appropriate internal teams
• Maintain strong, professional working relationships with local vendors (catering, ground services, FBO staff) and provide real-time feedback on service expectations and performance
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for internal teams, communicating key updates, operational conditions, and service risks promptly
• Provide concise reporting on site performance, service issues, operational risks, and insights on airport conditions and improvement opportunities
• Anticipate operational issues and take appropriate corrective action to maintain service reliability
• Navigate ambiguous or changing on-site conditions and bring clarity to internal and external stakeholders
• Balance immediate operational needs with consistent adherence to NetJets standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in operations, FBO operations, airport environments, or similar complex service delivery environments
• Demonstrated ability to oversee complex, fast-moving on-site operations with competing priorities
• Strong understanding of FBO operations, airport environments, and aviation service delivery requirements
• Proven ability to maintain professional, productive working relationships with airport stakeholders, local vendors, and internal partners
• Demonstrated capability to monitor on-site service performance, recognize operational risks, and act quickly to maintain reliability
• Ability to influence without formal authority across multiple internal and external teams
• High emotional intelligence, professional judgment, and composure when interacting with owners, crews, internal leaders, and airport partners

Skills

Experience

6–8 years of progressive operational experience in aviation services, airport environments, FBO operations, or equivalent complex service delivery environments. Proven track record of managing on-site operations, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams in fast-paced, customer-focused settings.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
