NetJets Site Experience & Operations Manager
NetJets seeks a Site Experience & Operations Manager in Dulles, VA to lead on-site airport operations and owner service delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service delivery at the assigned airport, ensuring every operational handoff and interaction aligns with NetJets standards and maintains proactive situational awareness to prevent service disruptions
- Coordinate with airport authorities, FBO teams, ground service providers, and on-site partners to maintain smooth operations, clear communication, and adherence to NetJets requirements
- Strengthen operational reliability by ensuring consistent execution of standard operating procedures, daily routines, and operational handoffs across all airport-level activities
- Monitor vendor and service provider performance, providing real-time feedback and addressing quality or performance gaps in coordination with internal teams
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for internal teams (Owner Services, Flight Operations, and others), communicating key updates, operational conditions, and service risks with clarity and promptness
- Provide concise reporting on site performance, service issues, and operational risks, sharing insights to support awareness of airport conditions and improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of relevant operational or service delivery experience
- Strong understanding of FBO operations, airport environments, and aviation service delivery requirements, or equivalent experience in complex, fast-moving service environments
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional and productive relationships with multiple stakeholders and external partners
- Proven capability to monitor on-site performance, anticipate operational risks, and execute corrective action with composure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to provide clear operational updates
- Ability to influence without formal authority and navigate ambiguous or changing conditions
Skills
Experience
6–8 years of operational management or service delivery experience, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or other complex, customer-facing service environments requiring coordination with multiple external stakeholders and vendors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
