NetJets seeks a Service Support Specialist in Columbus, OH to coordinate catering and ground operations for private aviation trips. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute, review, and validate all catering and ground transportation details to ensure accuracy and completeness; monitor active workflows and proactively identify potential trip impacts
- Manage disruptions and delays by sourcing alternative solutions and coordinating recovery efforts; ensure all order changes are accurately processed and reflected
- Coordinate third-party catering delivery services when required; utilize operational reports to proactively identify risks and secure alternative solutions for international catering recovery
- Provide timely, accurate updates to internal stakeholders regarding order status, approvals, and changes; manage inbound and outbound communication through phone queues and shared email inboxes
- Collaborate across internal teams using Microsoft Teams and other communication tools to maintain clear documentation of all activities, updates, and pending items
- Communicate directly with vendors and Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) to confirm order details and obtain status updates; manage and communicate vendor holds across teams
- Identify recurring operational challenges and escalate trends to leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–4 years of relevant operational or customer service experience
- Proficiency in system navigation and data entry, with experience in aviation operations systems (iJet, ETM, or similar) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks

2–4 years of experience in operational support, customer service coordination, or logistics management in a fast-paced environment
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
