NetJets Service Representative role in Las Vegas, NV—on-site guest services and client relationship management for private aviation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Initiate and develop client relationships by meeting inbound and outbound passengers to deliver exceptional, personalized service that fulfils special requirements and preferences
  • Communicate proactively with clients during their airport experience regarding operational issues and service requirements to manage expectations
  • Troubleshoot flight arrivals and departures at the FBO and surrounding airports, correcting issues and mitigating service disruptions while maintaining composed, diplomatic communication
  • Coordinate with flight crews regarding local processes, client information, and airport service logistics
  • Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with regional vendors (caterers, ground transport, FBOs) to ensure service excellence; provide advance notice of peak flight activity and daily forecasts to enable vendor preparedness
  • Maintain daily upkeep and presentation of NetJets lounges at the Service Representative location
  • Identify and document client concerns and preferences; report to relevant departments and sales teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Provide sales and marketing teams with knowledge of local facilities, prospective clients, and existing owners to support business development
  • Represent the NetJets brand at special events, high-volume flight days, training sessions, and co-host marketing static events as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of high-end hospitality or luxury customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of aviation industry standards and private aviation operations
  • Professional demeanor and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid command of upscale hospitality service including proper introductions, table settings, wine and beverage service protocols
  • Ability to work independently within operational guidelines while applying situational awareness
  • Demonstrated self-starter mentality with diplomatic, effective problem-solving abilities and high self-confidence
  • Ability to maintain composure, empathy, and confidence in stressful situations
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and navigate varied airport environments in all weather conditions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and MS Teams

Experience
