Role & Responsibilities
- Initiate and develop relationships with Owners by meeting inbound and outbound passengers, providing personalized service that addresses their special requirements and preferences
- Communicate with Owners regarding operational issues, service requirements, and flight information to manage expectations and maintain engagement
- Troubleshoot flight arrivals and departures at FBOs and surrounding airports, proactively resolving service disruptions while maintaining composure and minimizing pressure on stakeholders
- Maintain professional communication with flight crews regarding local processes, Owner information, and coordination of services at the airport
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors including caterers, ground transport providers, and FBOs; provide advance notice of peak activity and daily forecasts to optimize service delivery
- Maintain daily upkeep and cleanliness of NetJets lounges at the service location
- Document and communicate Owner concerns and preferences to relevant departments and Sales Teams to drive continuous improvement in service quality and Owner satisfaction
- Provide Sales and Marketing departments with knowledge of area facilities, prospects, and Owners to support business development initiatives
- Travel as required to support the NetJets brand for special events, high-volume flight days, and collaborative marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-end hospitality or premium customer service experience
- Aviation industry knowledge and familiarity
- Demonstrated ability to work independently within operational guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in hospitality service standards, including table settings, basic wine and beverage service, and professional introductions
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure, situational awareness, and a positive attitude
- Self-starting, diplomatic, and skilled problem-solver with high self-confidence and an outgoing personality
- Strong empathy, assertiveness, diplomacy, and confidence in all professional interactions
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs. when assisting with luggage, and navigate various weather conditions
