Role & Responsibilities

  • Initiate and develop relationships with owners by meeting inbound and outbound passengers, providing personalized service tailored to their specific requirements and preferences
  • Communicate with owners regarding operational issues and service requirements during their airport experience to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot flight arrivals and departures at FBOs and surrounding airports, proactively correcting issues and mitigating service disruptions while maintaining appropriate departmental communication
  • Communicate with flight crews regarding local procedures, owner information, and coordinate services at the local airport
  • Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with vendors including caterers, ground transport providers, and FBOs, providing advance notice of peak flight activity and daily forecasts to ensure service readiness
  • Maintain daily upkeep and organization of NetJets lounges established at the service representative location
  • Identify and understand owner concerns and preferences, reporting findings to relevant departments and sales teams to enhance service delivery and owner satisfaction
  • Provide sales and marketing departments with knowledge of area facilities, prospects, and owners to support business development initiatives
  • Travel as required to support the NetJets brand at special events, high-volume flight days, training sessions, and collaborative marketing events

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of high-end hospitality or customer service experience
  • Aviation knowledge
  • Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid command of hospitality service including proper etiquette, introductions, table settings, and basic wine and beverage service
  • Ability to work independently within operational guidelines
  • Situational awareness and composure when managing stressful situations
  • Self-starter with diplomatic approach, strong problem-solving abilities, high self-confidence, and outgoing personality
  • Demonstrated empathy, assertiveness, diplomacy, and confidence in all client interactions
  • Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs. when assisting with luggage, walk distances on airport ramps in all weather conditions
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, and MS Teams
