NetJets Service Representative position in Chicago, IL—meet owners, coordinate services, and deliver exceptional hospitality in private aviation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and greet arriving and departing passengers, initiating owner relationships through exceptional personalized service
- Coordinate catering, ground transportation, and special requests to ensure flawless execution for each flight
- Troubleshoot operational and service challenges during flight arrivals and departures, mitigating disruptions while maintaining composure
- Communicate with flight crews regarding local procedures, owner information, and airport-based service coordination
- Maintain positive relationships with local vendors including caterers, ground transport providers, and FBO operators
- Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of NetJets lounges at the service location
- Identify owner concerns and preferences and report findings to relevant departments and sales teams to enhance satisfaction metrics
- Provide sales and marketing departments with local market intelligence regarding facilities, prospects, and owner opportunities
- Travel as required to support the NetJets brand during special events, peak flight days, training, and collaborative marketing initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, and MS Teams for operational communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-end hospitality or customer service experience
- Aviation industry knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid command of hospitality service protocols including proper introductions, table settings, and wine and beverage service
- Ability to work independently within operational guidelines
- Demonstrated situational awareness and stress management capability
- Professional demeanor with high self-confidence and diplomatic interpersonal skills
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and traverse airport facilities in all weather conditions

Experience
2–4 years of high-end hospitality, customer service, or related aviation support experience demonstrating progressive responsibility in premium service delivery environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Aviation, or a related discipline preferred.
