NetJets seeks an experienced Service Hub Site Manager to oversee mission-ready aircraft delivery at a Service Hub location, directing maintenance planning, execution, and return-to-service operations through internal teams and external vendors. The position reports to the Director of Maintenance and partners closely with Return to Service Specialists, Supply Chain Coordinators, and Service Representatives to ensure compliance with safety protocols, service-level agreements, and regulatory requirements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage performance of multiple internal teams and external suppliers delivering mission-ready aircraft in compliance with safety goals, service-level agreements, and all applicable regulations and laws
- Oversee unscheduled and line maintenance operations, interior repair and restoration, and cabin cleanliness and stocking across the Service Hub
- Monitor and analyze daily performance metrics to ensure business goals and supplier SLAs are achieved; adjust plans and communicate changes throughout the organization when underperformance is identified
- Develop close working relationships with FBOs, vendors, airport operations, and aviation partners to execute the mission and strengthen the NetJets brand
- Maintain local presence and accessibility for team members across all shifts, modeling the NetJets 20/20 Flight Plan and fostering staff and vendor development
- Ensure continuous operational communication with Maintenance Control Center, Line Planning Group, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance Training functions
- Execute strategies and improvements in aircraft safety, quality, cost, and on-time performance in coordination with the Regional Director
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with regulatory officials, maintenance providers within and outside the network, and customers to reinforce ethical business practices
Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or Supply Chain and Logistics
- 10+ years of professional experience in aircraft maintenance operations and business aviation
- Demonstrated expertise in Part 135 regulatory requirements and large fleet operations
- Recent field maintenance experience supporting business jet aircraft
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
- Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance supply chains and business aviation operations
Skills
Experience
10+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, operations management, and business aviation, with recent hands-on field maintenance experience supporting business jet aircraft and demonstrated leadership in large-scale fleet operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or Supply Chain and Logistics
