NetJets seeks Senior Visual Designer in Columbus, OH to lead luxury aviation brand creative execution across print and digital channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, create, and produce print and digital designs for the NetJets brand and subsidiaries, including collateral pieces, emails, digital media production, event production, and campaign concepting (approximately 70% of role)
- Collaborate with senior leadership to finalize creative concepts, details, and final output
- Execute production design work, including modifying existing designs and templates for final production (approximately 20% of role)
- Manage workflow to meet project deadlines and coordinate deliverables across internal stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and model professional behavior within the creative department
- Ensure all visual deliverables adhere to established NetJets brand guidelines and visual standards
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in digital art creative development and production
- Strong background in both print and web design
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Exceptional typography and layout skills; familiarity with creating production-ready files
- Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating work in both print and digital media
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, creative, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Prior experience working in a creative agency (preferred)
- Luxury or travel brand experience (preferred)

Education
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent field.
