Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive audit programs for global and regional audit projects, managing workflow and ensuring adherence to deadlines and established expectations
- Evaluate organizational compliance with company policies including code of business conduct and ethics, contracts, purchasing, revenue, sales commissions, capital expenditures, contractual obligations, and governmental regulations
- Prepare detailed audit reports and work papers, facilitate communication with audit team members, conduct audit interviews, contribute to quarterly audit update reporting, verify accuracy of work performed, and maintain operational efficiency
- Build and maintain understanding of all departmental functions within NetJets and their interdependencies; assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
- Perform Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing including monthly balance sheet review, interim and year-end compliance testing, and quarterly internal control certification
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2–4 years of audit or accounting experience
- CPA, CIA, CISA, or active progression toward one of these designations (preferred)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
- Demonstrable experience in evaluation, documentation, and improvement of financial and business internal controls

2–4 years of experience in internal audit, accounting, or financial controls roles, preferably in a regulated or multi-divisional corporate environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
