NetJets seeks a Senior Instructional Designer in Columbus, Ohio to design and deliver comprehensive training programs across the organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training in collaboration with business leaders and the Talent Development team across multiple platforms, including instructor-led and web-based courses
- Strategize, communicate, administrate, and evaluate the Talent Development portfolio in partnership with the Talent Development team
- Conduct research and maintain current knowledge of best practices and benchmarks in instructional design, curriculum development, and digital/mobile learning applications
- Confer with third-party educational providers to ensure materials and resources align with organizational training goals and objectives
Qualifications
- Strong experience and familiarity with instructional design methodologies, such as ADDIE and SAM
- Hands-on knowledge of authoring technologies and multimedia design tools, such as Articulate and animation design suites
- Experience designing for classroom, distance learning, eLearning, and blended learning approaches
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-development skills

Experience
6–8 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or talent development roles, with demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering training across multiple modalities.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Education, Instructional Design, or other relevant discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
