NetJets Senior Health & Safety Risk Analyst position in the UK. Manage health & safety programs, risk assessment, and aviation safety compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the NetJets UK Health and Safety Program for all UK employees, ensuring effective implementation, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance
- Act as the company subject matter expert for UK Health & Safety, providing guidance to internal stakeholders and ensuring alignment with UK and EU regulatory requirements and best practices
- Manage crew members' health and safety reporting system, including processing, analysis, risk classification, identification of contributing factors and risk mitigating actions
- Conduct safety data analysis through data mining and statistical analysis to identify operational and health & safety hazards, including flight safety, human factors and crew health concerns
- Develop and maintain the company risk register to ensure all identified health and safety hazards are assessed and risk assessments remain current
- Identify health and safety hazards, conduct risk assessments, and ensure the risk register accurately reflects the health and safety risk profile
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health and safety risk mitigation actions, ensuring continuous performance improvement
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Crew Absence monitoring program in liaison with Crew Support team
- Support NetJets UK Health & Safety training and promotion programmes to enhance safety awareness and culture
- Support maintenance, testing and training of the Emergency Response Plan for aircraft-related emergencies
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent training in Health & Safety or similar technical area
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Health & Safety programs
- Knowledge of Health & Safety programs in accordance with UK and EU regulations
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office
Skills
Experience
Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Health & Safety programs, with demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, hazard identification, and safety management system implementation. Experience in an aviation environment is desirable; knowledge of aviation safety management principles and practices is highly advantageous.
Education
Degree or equivalent professional training in Health & Safety, occupational health, environmental health, or similar technical discipline.
