NetJets seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Columbus, OH to provide financial analysis and strategic support to executives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate completion of company reporting, including analysis and interpretation of data trends and business drivers
- Identify, assess, and communicate issues affecting profitability and lead initiatives that enhance profitability
- Provide advisory support to assigned departments on budget, accounting, and related financial matters
- Develop and maintain financial budget and forecasting models
- Analyze and interpret financial and statistical information for trends, accuracy, and reasonableness
- Ensure data is accurately incorporated into long-range planning within scheduled timeframes and consistent with accounting practices
- Lead, develop, and document complex financial analysis projects
- Prepare fact-based presentations that articulate financial concepts in accessible terminology
- Support executive strategic initiatives and development of business policies
- Mentor, develop, and advise junior-level financial analysts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent discipline
- 4–6 years of professional experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
- Demonstrated track record of increased responsibility and career progression
- Proficiency with Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and creative thinking capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with superior attention to detail
