NetJets Senior Business Insights Analyst

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead complex and diverse analytical projects supporting executive leadership initiatives and corporate strategy
• Perform advanced analysis of both strategic and tactical business and operational questions with minimal supervision, applying creative analytical curiosity to explore complex opportunities
• Create timely, relevant, and accurate analyses of operational and business data at appropriate fidelity levels to support decision-making across operational, senior management, and executive levels
• Develop analytical models, visualizations, and dashboards that drive measurable business results and facilitate informed decision-making
• Author comprehensive memos and presentations summarizing analytical insights and deliver work directly to the Chief Executive Office, Chief Financial Officer, and other executives
• Collaborate with business partners to analytically explore business and operational problems, practicing active listening and building trust in analytical insights
• Investigate, understand, and contribute departmental knowledge across diverse areas of business and aviation operations
• Simplify complex analytical models and solutions in executive presentations, translating sophisticated findings into actionable recommendations
• Mentor, develop, and support other analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous learning
• Learn and master new analytical tools and techniques as required to deliver optimal results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Analysis, or related quantitative field
• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles
• Master's or Doctorate degree in a quantitative discipline preferred
• Proficiency in at least one analytical platform such as SAS, Python, AWS, or R
• Demonstrated expertise with visualization platforms such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills with ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Exceptional creative problem-solving abilities and analytical acumen
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results
• Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple objectives in dynamic, fast-changing environments

Skills

Experience

5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or related quantitative disciplines within complex operational or capital-intensive industries. Experience in aviation operations, logistics, or regulated industries preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Analysis, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field required. Master's or Doctorate degree in a quantitative discipline strongly preferred.
