Role & Responsibilities
- Lead complex and diverse analytical projects, including support of executive leadership initiatives and corporate strategic programs

- Build and maintain trusted business partner relationships through active listening, seeking feedback, and fostering confidence in analytical recommendations
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional analytical rigor and business acumen
- Develop and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards to support evolving business partner needs; explore and resolve operational issues through increasingly sophisticated analytical approaches

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Analysis, or related quantitative discipline; Master's or Doctorate degree preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or related quantitative field
- Advanced proficiency with analytical platforms such as SAS, Python, AWS, R, or similar tools
- Advanced proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex findings to executive audiences
- Demonstrated ability to understand and master new analytical concepts and tools quickly

Education
