Role & Responsibilities
- Lead complex and diverse analytical projects, including support of executive leadership initiatives and corporate strategic programs
- Create timely, relevant, and accurate analyses of operational and business data at the appropriate level of fidelity for critical business decisions
- Impact business results through advanced analytical modeling, data visualization, and decision support tools delivered to C-suite executives and operational leaders
- Investigate and develop departmental knowledge across diverse business and operational domains; synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Author executive-level memos and presentations explaining complex analytical findings for the Chief Executive Office, Chief Financial Officer, and senior management
- Build and maintain trusted business partner relationships through active listening, seeking feedback, and fostering confidence in analytical recommendations
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional analytical rigor and business acumen
- Develop and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards to support evolving business partner needs; explore and resolve operational issues through increasingly sophisticated analytical approaches
- Mentor and support junior analysts; collaborate on complex problem-solving initiatives
- Learn new analytical tools and techniques as required to deliver optimal results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Analysis, or related quantitative discipline; Master's or Doctorate degree preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or related quantitative field
- Advanced proficiency with analytical platforms such as SAS, Python, AWS, R, or similar tools
- Advanced proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex findings to executive audiences
- Demonstrated ability to understand and master new analytical concepts and tools quickly

Experience
5+ years of professional experience in analytics, data analysis, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field; demonstrated success leading complex analytical projects and delivering insights to senior management and executive leadership; familiarity with or interest in aviation operations preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Analysis, or a related quantitative discipline is required; Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred.
