Role & Responsibilities
- Develop industry, market, and competitive insights to support executive leadership and segment-level strategic decision-making
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance of peer competitors and broader market trends
- Provide financial review, consolidation, analysis, and reporting across a portfolio of operating businesses
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insight for leadership
- Deliver analytical support for capital allocation decisions, including evaluation of organic growth investments and capital deployment opportunities
- Support merger and acquisition activities through quantitative financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and strategic assessments
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses supporting strategic planning and investment decisions
- Prepare executive-level presentations and board materials that communicate financial and strategic insights clearly and effectively
- Partner with leadership teams on special projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc analyses as organizational priorities evolve
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting financial performance and recommend actionable solutions to improve outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Strategy, Operations, and executive leadership teams to support enterprise-wide initiatives
- Continuously improve reporting, analytical processes, and financial modeling capabilities to increase efficiency, scalability, and decision-making effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent financial discipline
- 4–6 years of professional experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or business strategy
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, valuation, and analytical capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to synthesize complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentation abilities
- Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate both quantitative and qualitative business considerations
