NetJets Security Operations Scheduler, Lead position in Columbus, Ohio. Third-shift role managing security schedules and vendor coordination for private aviation operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and monitor security service orders for owners and crew across multiple platforms
- Provide daily management and coordination of external security vendors and service providers
- Identify, develop, implement, and maintain security standard operating procedures and strategies to reduce security-related risks across all operating units
- Manage and maintain QS Security databases, spreadsheets, and records for owner and crew ground movements
- Create and maintain daily security schedules, incorporating new bookings and modifications while adapting to unanticipated events
- Communicate critical information in a timely manner to Owner Services, Travel, International Trip Planning, and Current Day Scheduling departments
- Escalate key issues and strategic concerns to the Director of QS Security
- Ensure all quality standards for service delivery and unique owner requests are consistently met
- Manage the invoicing process for all security services provided by the QS Security division
- Leverage technology solutions to provide timely operational information to cross-functional departments
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of professional experience in a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in aviation or logistics preferred
- Demonstrated experience with ground transportation reservation systems
- Prior experience in aviation planning, dispatch, or security planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work third-shift hours consistently
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Experience
6–8 years of professional experience in aviation planning, dispatch, security operations, logistics, or a comparable fast-paced operational environment. Prior exposure to sensitive and confidential information handling is advantageous. Experience managing multiple competing priorities and making sound decisions with competing variables is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in aviation or logistics preferred.
