Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize next-day flight schedules by efficiently assigning owner flight requests to aircraft and crews, incorporating new bookings, maintenance events, and schedule modifications
- Manage all aspects of the current day flight schedule with proactive and reactive adjustments to ensure timely communication and implementation of required changes
- Refine and maintain flight schedules by optimizing crew deployment and utilization of available resources throughout each operational period
- Serve as the primary liaison between crew members and the flight center, building relationships and providing detailed communication to ensure clarity and positive operational experience
- Gather and disseminate essential operational information from crew members and supporting departments involved in daily operations
- Identify scheduling challenges proactively and develop alternative solutions while managing multiple competing priorities and variables
- Execute sound logistical decision-making and demonstrate flexibility in applying policies and procedures to support crew focus on their core responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business Management, Logistics, or Military training
- 0–2 years of professional experience in aviation, logistics, or related fast-paced operational environments
- Knowledge of domestic and international geography
- Fundamental understanding of aviation weather and NOTAMs
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and make sound decisions with complex variables
- Detail-oriented approach with strong follow-through on assigned tasks and functions
- Ability to proactively identify challenges and anticipate alternative operational options
