NetJets Salesforce Developer

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, maintain, and support Salesforce configuration elements such as Flows, Lightning Components, Apex triggers, and Validation Rules aligned with business requirements
• Define and configure CPQ and Conga/CLM configuration elements including Products, Pricing, Catalog, Shopping Cart, Constraint Rules, and Product Attribute Rules
• Configure Conga Composer elements such as templates, automation flows, and approvals
• Execute CI/CD activities for metadata and data component migration across multiple environments using Data Loader, SFDX unlocked packages, SFDX-CLI, and Jenkins
• Create and contribute to technical and functional documentation including detailed architectural and system design documents
• Participate in project and sprint planning, status, and review meetings
• Identify problem areas and causes, proposing actionable solutions and improvements
• Ensure timely project delivery in accordance with established roadmaps through close collaboration with business teams
• Support future solution strategies by working closely with Business and IT Development teams
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, subject matter experts, and users to communicate solution vision and analyze usability versus performance tradeoffs
• Maintain effective communication between technical and functional resources, both internal and external
• Ensure security and integrity of application software and adhere to industry best practices for change and release management

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce configuration and platform development experience
• Hands-on experience with Conga (Apttus) Configuration for CPQ and CLM implementations with Apex coding
• Experience with Conga Composer for Salesforce including template customizations and automations
• Proficiency with Sales Cloud; Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community experience preferred
• Salesforce Developer certifications preferred
• Exposure to all phases of the software development lifecycle and design pattern competency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Skills

Experience

2–4 years of hands-on experience in modern software development environments, with minimum 2 years of Salesforce configuration and platform development experience. Demonstrated expertise with Conga (Apttus) for CPQ and CLM implementations, including Apex coding customizations. Experience across all phases of the software development lifecycle, database development, and design patterns required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
