NetJets Sales Operations Manager – Lead and optimize sales operations in London. Manage team, CRM systems, and drive revenue growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and coach the Sales Operations team to support the sales cycle, including proposal generation, pipeline management, flight quoting, and reporting and dashboard creation
- Recruit and hire top talent for the Sales Operations function, building a high-performing team
- Drive operational efficiency and sales productivity through process improvements, automation opportunities, and elimination of obstacles
- Oversee CRM implementation, management, and best practices compliance across Salesforce and Conga platforms
- Lead high-priority initiatives including proposal updates and RFP management to communicate NetJets value proposition effectively
- Collaborate with Legal, Data Privacy, and IT teams to ensure GDPR compliance and regulatory adherence across all sales processes and communications
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement sales initiatives and accelerate speed to market
- Manage the Sales Operations budget allocation and hold team accountable for delivering results
- Serve as product and program expert, providing guidance on complex deal structures to internal stakeholders and the sales team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing a Sales Operations team (preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Knowledge of NetJets programs and products (preferred)
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken)
- Strong data analysis and interpretation capabilities
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments

6–8 years of professional experience in sales operations, sales management, or related revenue-focused functions, with a demonstrated track record of leading teams and implementing process enhancements in complex, B2B environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
