NetJets seeks a Sales Executive to develop new Owner relationships and drive sales of One Card, fractional shares, leases, renewals, trades, and add-on hours against new- and existing-business quotas. The role also supports Owner retention and referrals, maintains prospect and Owner data, and prepares sales forecasts and territory business plans.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop new client relationships through prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closing, and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services.
- Represent NetJets products, programs, capabilities, and partnerships to help develop the brand.
- Build and expand relationships with existing and prospective customers through regional activity, affinity partnerships, and personal networks.
- Retain and service long-term Owner relationships in coordination with the relevant Account Executives and Owner Services.
- Work with a Sales Consultant or independently to maintain accurate prospect and Owner data using Salesforce.com, IntelliJet2, and other systems.
- Complete management-requested sales reports promptly and accurately, including sales forecasts and territory business plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4–6 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the assigned territory, NetJets products and services, and competitor offerings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and function as a team member.
- Detail-oriented.
