NetJets seeks an RTS Specialist in Fort Lauderdale, FL to oversee aircraft maintenance documentation and regulatory compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Review maintenance provider documentation to ensure compliance with federal regulations and NetJets General Maintenance Manual, and release aircraft for operational use
- Review and verify aircraft weight and balance forms for accuracy and complete the weight and balance update process
- Verify component certification eligibility and effectivity for installation on NetJets aircraft
- Update and confirm accuracy of tracking for time-limited components in the Maintenix maintenance tracking system
- Communicate with maintenance providers and NetJets representatives regarding maintenance documentation and compliance matters
- Maintain and update auxiliary power unit (APU) usage and placards, providing updated values to maintenance providers as required
- Determine tracking changes needed based on engineering documentation and submit tracking change requests for review
- Ensure Required Inspection Items (RII) are appropriately documented and performed by authorized individuals
- Submit fully reviewed and accepted maintenance documentation to records retention systems
- Review documentation for Major Repairs and Major Alterations to ensure full compliance
Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
- Minimum 4 years of aviation maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office applications
- Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), or Inspector Authority (IA) experience preferred
- Vocational training or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

Experience
4–6 years of aviation maintenance experience, with demonstrated proficiency in aircraft maintenance review, documentation compliance, and regulatory adherence within a Part 135 operating environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; vocational training in aviation maintenance also acceptable.
