NetJets hiring Return to Service Specialist in Columbus, OH. Oversee aircraft maintenance compliance and Part 135 certification review.
Role & Responsibilities
- Review maintenance provider documentation for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance per federal regulations and NetJets General Maintenance Manual; release aircraft for operational use
- Review and verify aircraft weight and balance forms for accuracy and manage the weight and balance update process
- Verify component certification eligibility and effectivity for installation on NetJets aircraft in the Part 135 fleet
- Update and confirm accuracy of time-limited component tracking in the Maintenix maintenance tracking system
- Communicate with maintenance providers and NetJets representatives regarding maintenance documentation and compliance issues
- Maintain and update APU usage records and placards; provide maintenance providers with updated values as required
- Determine necessary tracking changes based on engineering documentation and submit tracking modifications for review
- Ensure Required Inspection Items (RII) are appropriately documented and performed by authorized personnel
- Review and process fully accepted maintenance documentation for submission to maintenance records for retention
- Review documentation for Major Repairs and Major Alterations to ensure regulatory and company compliance
- Execute additional projects, campaigns, and initiatives to support departmental and company objectives as assigned
Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent vocational training
- Minimum 4–6 years of aviation maintenance experience
- Previous Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), or Inspection Authorization (IA) experience preferred

4–6 years of aviation maintenance experience in Part 135 operations or equivalent certified aircraft maintenance environment. Previous quality assurance, quality control, or inspection authorization experience is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; vocational training in aircraft maintenance or equivalent technical certification acceptable.
