NetJets seeks a Regional Chief Pilot in South Florida to lead flight operations, standards, and crew management. FAA ATP with 3,500+ PIC hours required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the expert and highest point of contact for aircraft flight standards, overseeing compliance with all applicable regulations and operational specifications
- Conduct periodic reviews and debriefs of flights to determine root cause of flight and crew issues, coordinating meetings and crew resource management assessments
- Exercise operational control in accordance with 14 CFR 135.77, authorize deviations, and ensure compliance with the General Operations and Maintenance Manual (GOMM) and Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)
- Manage safety of flights as it relates to the executed daily plan, implement advanced technology improvements, and ensure compliance with all safety programs
- Serve as the primary pilot contact for Owner issues, Owner Services relationship matters, Sales team inquiries, and facility visits
- Manage employee performance, behavior, and provide career development for pilots, flight attendants, and administrative personnel
- Assist the Director of Operations in developing, coordinating, and enforcing operational policies, procedures, and training matters
- Ensure compliance with the Company General Operating Manual (GOM), Federal Air Regulations (FARs), Operations Specifications (OpSpecs), and Flight Manuals
- Provide professional communications and build supportive, motivating relationships throughout the organization
Qualifications
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) rating with a minimum of 3,500 pilot-in-command (PIC) hours
- Meets Management Personnel requirements of FAR 119.69 and 119.71
- Meets currency and proficiency requirements of FAR 135/91 or equivalent military experience
- Valid FAA Medical Certificate
- Large cabin international flight experience
- Previous Check Airman experience
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field
Skills
Experience
10+ years of professional aviation experience, including pilot operations and flight management in a Part 91/135 environment. Demonstrated experience in leadership, crew training, and regulatory compliance within a responsive, mission-critical aviation organization.

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field
