Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure aircraft operates in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner in accordance with all FAA and company requirements
• Complete flight planning, performance calculations, and weight-and-balance tasks for each assignment
• Lead crew briefings using Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) methodology to mitigate operational risks
• Conduct comprehensive pre-flight inspections and monitor all aircraft ground servicing (fueling, oil, oxygen)
• Ensure crewing and trip assignments comply with regulatory and company standards
• Serve as Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator as defined by company policy
• Deliver passenger briefings and provide exceptional customer service, including accommodations for special needs
• Apply Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) principles during all flight operations
• Maintain regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience
• Investigate and resolve service deviations and collaborate with internal partners to enhance the customer experience
• Report safety or non-compliance concerns through appropriate channels in accordance with the Safety Management System

Qualifications

• FAA Type Rating in EMB-550 (Praetor 600) or equivalent
• Total flight time: minimum 3,500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL) experience: minimum 1,500 hours
• Pilot in Command experience: minimum 2,000 hours
• Pilot in Command Multi-Engine Land: minimum 500 hours
• Instrument rating with minimum 300 hours
• Jet aircraft experience: minimum 500 hours
• Prior experience in corporate or business aviation strongly preferred
• Fluency in English and Spanish required
• Ability to perform all essential functions of the position

Experience

Applicants should demonstrate extensive experience in corporate or business aviation environments. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated proficiency in jet aircraft operations, a track record of safety compliance and regulatory adherence, and experience managing crew coordination in high-responsibility settings. Prior experience with emergency procedures, complex weather planning, and international flight operations is valued.

Education

Commercial pilot license with instrument rating required. FAA Type Rating in EMB-550 aircraft required. Current medical certificate (First Class) required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 225,000 to USD 280,000 per annum.
