Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure safe aircraft operation by verifying crewing compliance with company and regulatory requirements and completing flight planning, performance calculations, and weight-and-balance analysis for each assignment
• Lead Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefings to mitigate operational risks and coordinate with company personnel in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
• Conduct comprehensive pre-flight inspections to verify aircraft mission capability, document all discrepancies, and monitor ground servicing operations including fueling, oil, and oxygen replenishment
• Execute passenger briefings in accordance with regulatory standards and company policy, delivering premium customer service and accommodating special passenger requirements
• Employ Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) methodologies to communicate clearly with crew and support personnel during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations
• Identify and resolve service deviations, collaborate with crew members and internal partners to enhance the customer experience, and maintain consistent service standards
• Maintain all regulatory and company-required training, recency of experience, and compliance certifications; report safety concerns and non-compliance issues through appropriate channels

Qualifications

• Total flight time of 3,500 hours minimum
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL) experience of 1,500 hours
• Pilot in Command experience of 2,000 hours
• Pilot in Command Multi-Engine Land experience of 500 hours
• Instrument rating with 300 hours minimum
• Jet aircraft experience of 500 hours minimum
• FAA Type rating in applicable fleet aircraft
• Prior corporate or business aviation experience preferred
• Ability to perform all essential functions of the position

Skills

Experience

4–6 years of aviation experience, with preference for corporate or business aviation background. Applicant must meet FAA minimums for Pilot in Command certification and demonstrate proven experience operating complex, high-performance aircraft in a professional environment.

Education

FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate required. Commercial pilot license with instrument rating and multi-engine land endorsement required. Current FAA medical certificate (First Class) required. Type rating in Bombardier Global 5000 or equivalent required.
