Executive Jet Management seeks Pilot in Command for Challenger 3500 in Pennsylvania. Competitive salary $200K–$210K, full benefits, Part 135 charter operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure safe operation of flight through crew resource management, flight planning, weight and balance calculations, and pre-flight inspections
- Lead briefings utilizing Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) methodology to mitigate operational risks
- Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinate with company personnel; serve as Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator as defined by policy
- Monitor all aircraft ground servicing operations including fueling, oil, and oxygen servicing in accordance with SOPs
- Complete passenger briefings in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements, and accommodate special passenger needs
- Utilize Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations
- Provide quality service to owners and passengers while identifying and resolving service deviations
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and internal partners to ensure consistent service experience
- Maintain regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience
- Comply with company Safety Management System (SMS) program and report safety or non-compliance concerns through appropriate channels
Qualifications
- Total flight time: 3,500 hours minimum
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1,500 hours minimum
- Pilot in Command: 2,000 hours minimum
- PIC MEL: 500 hours minimum
- Instrument: 300 hours minimum
- Jet aircraft: 500 hours minimum
- FAA Type Rating in applicable fleet (Challenger 3500)
- Prior experience in corporate or business aviation preferred

4–6 years of professional aviation experience, with prior corporate or business aviation background preferred
Education
FAA Commercial Pilot License with appropriate ratings and qualifications; Type Rating in Challenger aircraft required
