Executive Jet Management is recruiting a Pilot in Command for its KLAS-based Gulfstream 280 operation, exclusively for current assigned flight crew transitioning to EJM employment. The PIC is accountable for safe, compliant, and efficient aircraft operation and exceptional passenger service, alongside crew leadership, operational compliance, and ongoing proficiency. The annual base salary range is $160,000–$325,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure crewing and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory requirements.
- Complete flight planning, performance calculations, and weight-and-balance tasks for each assignment as required.
- Lead required briefings using the Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) methodology to mitigate operational risks.
- Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coordinate with company personnel as required, and act as the Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator under company policy.
- Complete aircraft pre-flight tasks, including reviewing aircraft maintenance status, to confirm mission readiness; record discrepancies in accordance with company SOPs.
- Monitor and ensure completion of aircraft ground servicing, including fueling, oil, and oxygen, in accordance with SOPs.
- Conduct passenger briefings in accordance with company policy and regulations, deliver exceptional customer service, and accommodate passengers’ special needs, including those of passengers with physical disabilities.
- Use Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) to communicate clearly and promptly with crew and support personnel during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations.
- Provide quality service to owners and passengers, identify opportunities to enhance the EJM service experience, and regularly investigate and resolve service deviations.
- Collaborate with crew members and EJM internal partners to provide consistent service to owners and passengers; resolve conflicts and challenges appropriately.
- Maintain regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience.
- Comply with the company Safety Management System (SMS) program and report safety or non-compliance concerns through appropriate channels.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in corporate or business aviation.
- FAA type rating in the Gulfstream 280.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Minimum total flight time: 3,500 hours.
- Minimum Multi Engine Land (MEL) time: 1,500 hours.
- Minimum Pilot in Command time: 2,000 hours.
- Minimum PIC MEL time: 500 hours.
- Minimum instrument time: 300 hours.
- Minimum jet time: 500 hours.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 160,000 to USD 325,000 per annum.
