Executive Jet Management seeks an experienced Pilot in Command for a Global 6500 based in Hayward, CA. Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure crewing and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory requirements
- Complete flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance analyses for each assignment
- Lead Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefings to mitigate operational risks
- Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinate with company personnel as required
- Perform all aircraft pre-flight inspections and mission capability assessments
- Record aircraft discrepancies in accordance with company SOPs
- Monitor and oversee all ground servicing requirements including fueling, oil, and oxygen
- Complete passenger briefings and deliver exceptional customer service
- Utilize Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations
- Provide quality service to owners and passengers while identifying opportunities to enhance the EJM service experience
- Resolve service deviations and collaborate with crew members and internal partners
- Maintain regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience
- Comply with company SMS program and report safety or non-compliance concerns
Qualifications
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
- First Class Medical Certificate
- FAA Type rating in applicable fleet
- Total flight time: minimum 3,500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL): minimum 1,500 hours
- Pilot in Command: minimum 2,000 hours
- PIC Multi-Engine Land: minimum 500 hours
- Instrument flight: minimum 300 hours
- Jet experience: minimum 500 hours
- Global 6500 type rating preferred

4–6 years of professional aviation experience, with prior experience in corporate or business aviation preferred.
